INDOOR AIR QUALITY

In most cases, the air outside of your home is much cleaner than the air inside. For this, we recommend air treatment for your home. These include:

  • Humidifiers
Humidifiers help keep moisture in your air, making breathing most comfortable. It also replenishes the moisture needed for the wood in your home (whether it be flooring or furniture) not to crack or split.

  • Air Cleaners
Air cleaners are much more efficient removing unwanted elements from the air than the standard throwaway filter. In the most efficient models, they can remove particles such as mold, bacteria, and germs as small as 600 times smaller than a pencil point.

  • Ultraviolet Light Systems
Ultraviolet light systems help kill air born germs and bacteria from re-entering your breathing air.

  • Duct Cleaning
Duct cleaning removes unwanted particles from the inside walls of your duct.

Consider this. The air that you breathe touches everything in its path inside of a duct. In new construction, I have found garbage, wood scraps, building debris, and copper scraps in my ducts from other contractors. Can you imagine what can be in your ducts? A kid's toy, pet urine, food, dead rodents, bugs . . . the list goes on. I once vacuumed a live chinchilla from a duct in someone's home! How about what went on in your home before you bought it? How really clean were these people?

If you have never had it done, I would strongly recommend it!
